Workshop on Microsoft Excel: Data Analysis with Power Pivot

Program Overview:

Microsoft Excel is one of the most powerful software used for analyzing data to make a better decision. It helps in data organizing, data analysis, and data interpretation. Microsoft Excel provides Power Pivot to help you organize, manipulate, and report on your data in the best possible way. Since a tool is only as good as the person using it, it is important to have a solid understanding and the application of Power Pivot to maximize your effectiveness when analyzing data. This 2 days’ practical program is designed to help participants maximize this powerful feature of excel.

Note: Participants should come along with their laptop and have experience working with Microsoft Excel and PivotTables.

This program is designed for experienced Microsoft Excel users but want to advance their data analysis capabilities to the highest level by using Power Pivot.

Module 2: Visualizing Power Pivot Data

• Create a Power Pivot Report
• Create Calculations in Power Pivot

Module 3: Working with Advanced Functionality in Power Pivot

• Create a Key Performance Indicator
• Work with Dates and Time in Power Pivot

Training Methodology: Lectures, discussions, exercises, and case studies will be used to reinforce these teaching/learning methods.
