Program Overview:
Healthcare management, also referred to as healthcare administration, is the administration, management or oversight of healthcare systems, public health systems, hospitals, entire hospital networks or other medical facilities. Duties of these professionals include ensuring that individual departments run smoothly, qualified employees are hired, information is disseminated efficiently throughout the organization, specific outcomes are reached and resources are used efficiently, among many other responsibilities. There are general healthcare managers and those who are considered specialists. Generalists oversee entire facilities, while specialists focus on the administration of specific departments like marketing, finance, policy analysis or accounting.
This training course helps participants to advance their career in medical administration. They’ll gain a firm grasp of medical and scientific terms used day-to-day in hospitals and medical settings. In this course, participants will gain the skills to communicate effectively and manage staff, processes and healthcare resources at all levels.

This program is designed for primary healthcare givers, recuperative care, community and other healthcare facility administrators, chiefs of staff, hospital board members, chief nursing officers, department directors and other healthcare professionals with supervisory, management or executive level responsibilities.
