Program Overview:
Emotional intelligence (EI) has become well known throughout the business world as a crucial component of leadership effectiveness.
Emotional intelligence focuses specifically on the behavioral level, on performance at work and on organizational leadership. Recent studies indicate that emotional intelligence is a powerful key to effective leadership. A great leader empowers their followers rather than managing them. Great leadership can be accomplished through increased emotional intelligence.
