Effective Production Supervision Workshop

Program overview:

This workshop is designed to expose participants to management techniques and skills that will develop in them leadership and supervisory skills needed to thoroughly appreciate production operations and management for effective capacity utilization.

Foremen, Charged hand, Supervisors, Assistant Production Managers, Production managers, Work team leaders in the industrial and service sectors of the economy. And any other who may find the program relevant.

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Day 2: Leadership motivation for peak performance

*          Delegation and Authority

*          Building Effective Work Teams

*          Target setting and performance management

*          Disciplinary Procedures.

 will be used to reinforce these teaching/learning methods.
