Program Overview:
Communication is an indispensable management tool, it is the vein of an organization without which there will never be a linkage, interaction, and life within the organization and it’s supporting environment. Therefore, effective communication, oral or written should be precise, concise, courteous and devoid of ambiguity. The essence of this program is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge required to effectively
transfer meaning, ideas, attitudes, feelings and emotion from one person to another in oral and written forms.
